Our Therapy Horses

Chester is very opinionated.  He'll tell you exactly how he feels about any situation.  He knows his job and takes his work very seriously.

Cheyenne is a very clever horse.  If we don't find a way to keep his mind occupied and busy he will come up with his own creative ideas.




Miss Cookie has an energetic walk that truly provides more of a challenge for her riders.  She even helps the sidewalkers to get in shape.






Although Gift is not a therapy horse, he is a favorite of everyone.  Gift is young, full of energy and always ready to tell his story to anyone who will listen.





Grace always gives 100% and truly wants to make a difference. 




Hope is a kind horse and great to help others actually learn to ride.







Jackie is now in retirement.  She worked as a therapy horse for many years and now is her time to enjoy life at InStride.



 



Niki is our best therapy horse!  She is always steady and she's the horse most of our riders start on.





Omar is Mr. Personality!  He will always greet you at his door and entertain you in some way.



 





Sunny is the smartest horse at the barn.  When she comes in from the field in the morning, she not only knows what stall is hers, she opens her own door and lets herself in.  When she is feeling overly nice to her best friend Niki, she will even open her stall door.




Whisper has earned his name.  He has a kind spirit and gentle personality.  When talking to Whisper, he enjoys resting his head on your shoulder and blowing in your ear.

Jasper is InStride's newest Therapy Horse.  He's the smallest of the crew but definitely has one of the biggest hearts.
