Directions to Instride Therapy

From I-75 Exit 195 (Laurel Road) West on Laurel Road to 3rd traffic light which is Mission Valley Boulevard. Turn right onto Mission Valley Boulevard.

From US 41 East on Laurel Road over the railroad tracks. Turn left at the 2nd stoplight onto Mission Valley Boulevard.

Travel on Misison Valley Blvd. For one mile. Turn left into Caluse Lakes Subdivision (the entrance has a large rock waterfall on each side). Pass the Security Gatehouse (there is not need to go through the security entrance). Take an immediate right (continuation of Calusa Lakes Blvd.) and travel on this winding residential road. Watch mailboxes on the right and turn immediately after mailbox 2178. InStride Therapy (1621 Ranch Road) ill be the first left.
